The Three Kolo Group renovated a staircase and installed a wheelchair ramp at the Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj Orphanage
The Three Kolo Group – The Circle of Serbian Sisters of St. George of Joliet, Illinois, The Circle of Serbian Sisters Kneginja Zorka of Lansing, Illinois, and The Circle of Serbian Sisters of St. Archangel Michael of Lansing, Illinois. Renovated a staircase and installed a wheelchair ramp for safety of the children living at the Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj Home for children without parental care.
HRH Crown Princess Katherine stated, “I am very grateful to our dear friends who participated and tremendously helped this project and thus enabled the children to have better conditions in this Home. I am so touched and thankful to you for so generously supporting our joint vision and dedication to providing for children and making their childhood better and as carefree as possible. I am very happy to see that we are united in the idea that such projects are being realized and that we can help children who need help.
Mr. Janko Tabakovic, Director of the “Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj” Home expressed his gratitude “Thank you very much for your generosity and support of our Home. This year with your donation we renovated the stairs and driveway in the front yard, and we restored the road and wheelchair ramp in the front yard. That means a lot to us and makes our life in this institution much easier. Employees and children from Home Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj are very grateful to you”.
