The donation included two computers with computer tables and chairs, open shelves, a cork panel, a library bookcase, an armchair with a club table, Nikola Tesla portrait wall picture, a curtain, and a carpet. The total value of the donation is $6,500.
“I am very grateful to Mrs. Roxanne Zivanovic Getz, who provided this wonderful donation in memory of Zivko Zivanovic and Radunka Milosevic, and to Mr. Milan and Mrs. Gorana Kosanic, who donated in memory of Milinka Kosanic. Thanks to the great help of such good people from abroad who have not forgotten their homeland, my Foundation in Belgrade continues to help the Serbian institutions who take care of our children, who are our future. Seeing happy smiles on their faces gives me the strength to do even more for our people and children in Serbia”, said HRH Crown Princess Katherine.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank all donors for the donation they gave to the Social Services Centre “Kneginja Ljubica” in Kragujevac for establishing and equipping the study room for all users of our services. This donation is very significant, because it provides our users the opportunity to structure their quality free time, read in the very nice new space, to learn, do homework and follow online learning and school classes. By spending quality time in the study room our users become more relaxed and for a moment forget about their problems”, said Snezana Stevanovic, the Head of Social Services Centre “Kneginja Ljubica”.
